FAQ’s

  • There's no minimum. The barn holds up to 300 guests, and with the outdoor spaces you can host even more.

  • A stage, speakers and a microphone, tables and chairs, a built-in bar, a refrigerator, an ice machine, TVs, restrooms, heat and AC in the barn, Wi-Fi, trash removal, all outdoor spaces, setup and cleanup time, and access to our partner vendor list with discounts.

  • Pricing depends on your date, hours, guest count, and add-ons. Send us an inquiry and we'll get back to you with pricing and availability within one business day.

  • A 50% nonrefundable deposit locks in your date.

  • Yes, tours are by appointment. Book one through our inquiry form and we'll set up a time.

  • The 4 bedroom ranch house is an add-on. You can book it with your event, directly through us, or on Airbnb.

  • Yes, pool access is available as an add-on for events.

  • Yes. You can add full event planning to your booking, and every rental includes access to our partner vendors and their discounted rates.

  • Yes! You're welcome to bring your own vendors, or choose from our partner vendor list for discounted rates.

  • Yes, alcohol is allowed at your event.

  • The barn is fully covered with heat and AC, so your event can move inside anytime.
